Commercial terms are confirmed with the specific item and quotation.
A quotation comes first when review is needed
Aircraft, restricted or freight-sensitive items require a reviewed quotation. A quote acceptance records intent, not title transfer or a confirmed stock allocation.
Price and destination
Currency, applicable tax, freight, destination and the exact item must be confirmed before payment. Missing data does not mean a zero charge.
Policy pending owner publication
The merchant must approve and publish the final legal entity, commercial terms, policy versions and contact details before live checkout is activated. These development notes are not final sale terms.
